Congenix, a Moscow-based CRO, has become a certified member of Health Decisions’ Agile Clinical Network, a group of research partners formed to help eliminate the information gaps and prolonged timelines for complex global studies. The Agile Clinical Development methodology combines adaptive design and adaptive operations in an effort to cut timelines and increase transparency for multinational trials.

Congenix completed a training program that covers all aspects of Agile Clinical Development, focusing on adaptive operations and infrastructure. This training is mandatory for all Network members and helps to ensure that all CROs are operating under the same standards and guidelines.

“Conducting global, multi-center trials with a network of regionally focused CROs offers many advantages over a single large CRO with international offices,” said Vladimir V. Novakovskiy, M.D., Ph.D., managing director, Clinical Operations and Regulatory Affairs, Congenix, LLP. “We look forward to bringing our extensive knowledge of Eastern Europe and Russia to the Agile Clinical Network to better assist sponsors with assessing investigators, cooperating with the local regulatory bodies, and recruiting study subjects.”
